Booking form
1. The booking and breakage deposit is R 2500.00 per camp and is payable within 3 working days after receiving the booking form. Please send us the proof of deposit payments via email or fax.
2. The booking is only secure with a complete booking form and proof of deposit payment.
3. The booking deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation.
4. You will be liable for the payment of the number people you booked for.
5. The full/final payment needs to be made 14 working days before the camp date.
6. Cheque payments need to be made 21 working days before the camp date.
7. A cancellation fee of R 5500.00 will be payable when the camp gets cancelled less than 30 working days before the camp.
